Joseph Hiram10 Whitney (Joseph A.9, Joseph H.8, Zachariah7, Zachariah6, Zachariah5, John4, Joseph3, John2, John1), son of Joseph A.9 and Elizabeth S. (Blanchard) Whitney, was born 1 Feb 1861, Lunenburg or Ashburnham, MA.

He married, 2 Feb 1881, Royalston, MA (also Orange, MA), Jennie Priscilla Brown, daughter of Charles and Mary (-----) Brown.[1] She was born Nov 1860, Sheffield, England.
