Mark A.⁹ Whitney (John Osborne⁸, John⁷, John⁶, Zachariah⁵, John⁴, Joseph³, John², John¹), son of John Osborne⁸ and Abbie L. (Lyon) Whitney, was born 24 or 25 May 1874, Rindge, NH,^[1] and died after 1903.

He married, 21 Jul 1901, Winchendon, MA, Kate E. Sullivan, dau. of Timothy and Mary (Conner) Sullivan.^[2] She was born about 1872, Winchendon, MA, and died after 1903.
