Newell7 Whitney (James6, Ezra5, James4, John3, Jonathan2, John1), son of James6 and Mary (Robinson) Whitney, was born 1796, Woodstock, CT, and died 1 Oct 1876, Craftsbury, VT.
He married firstly, 8 Feb 1824, Woodstock, CT, Ann Otis Learned, "both of Woodstock".[1] She was born about 1801, and died 25 Apr 1826, Craftsbury, VT, aged 24 years.
He married secondly, 13 Feb 1828, Craftsbury, VT, Clarissa Clark, both of Craftsbury,[2] daughter of Benjamin and Margaret (Graves) Clark. She was born 14 Oct 1794, Charlestown, NH, and died 11 Apr 1869, Craftsbury, VT, aged 74 years 6 months.
He married thirdly, 23 Jan 1871, Craftsbury, VT, Lucretia F. (Marcy) Tillotson, both of Craftsbury, daughter of Edward and Lucretia F. (-----) Marcy.[3] She was born May 1810, VT, and died 6 Feb 1880, Lowell, VT. She had married firstly, John Tillotson, born 24 Nov 1811, Belvidere, VT, and died 27 Dec 1865, Lowell, VT.
