Samuel6 Whitney (Isaac5, Isaac4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Isaac5 and Mary (Crockett) Whitney, was born 4 May 1774, Buxton, ME,[1] and died 9 Sep 1864, Farmington, ME.
He married, 23 Oct 1800, Gorham, ME, Dorcas Wescott,[2] daughter of William and Margaret (Meserve) Wescott. She was born Aug 1778, ME, and died 30 May 1863, Farmington, ME.
