He "Jr." married 14 Jan 1762, Lincoln, MA, Mary Fay,[2] daughter of Silas and Hannah (Billing) Fay. She was born 14 Feb 1740/1, Lincoln and/or Weston, MA, and died after 1810, probably in Canterbury, NH.

Notes
Charles Whitney was enumerated in the same locations as Levi Whitney in 1800 and 1810, suggesting that Charles may have been his brother. Also Charles sold Levi a lot in Hope, ME, in 1801.
