She married 10 Mar 1860, Machias, ME, James McCabe,[1] son of James and Mary (Dougherty) McCabe. He was born 09 23 1836, Pembroke, ME, and died 19 Jan 1901, Machias, ME.
James McCabe was a veteran of the Civil War, and received a pension for his service.

i. Ella Rosena McCabe, b. 3 Mar 1868, Machias, ME; m. 17 Jan 1906, Machias, ME, William Dexter8 Whitney. ii. Josie McCabe, b. 22 Dec 1871, Machias, ME, m. Clinton J. Leighton. iii. Ralph McCabe, b. 11 Mar 1886, Machias, ME. The 1900 Census indicates he was adopted by the McCabes (He may have been a son of James' many siblings residing in Machias.).
