William T.⁸ Whitney (Peleg Tallman⁷, Benjamin⁶, Abraham⁵, Benjamin⁴, John³, Benjamin², John¹), son of Peleg Tallman⁷ and Louisa V. (McLachlan) Whitney, was born 23 Jun 1864, ME, and died 20 Dec 1948., Hennepin Co., MN. He was buried in Crystal Lake Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.^[1]

He married firstly, 28 Apr 1887, St. Paul, MN, Luella Belle Petty.^[2] She died 23 Nov 1888.

He married secondly, 11 Jan 1898, Hennepin Co., MN, Lillian Ann (Bottineau) Nichols,^[3] daughter of John B. and Mary (-----) Bottineau. She was born Jun 1866, MN, and died 30 Dec 1948, Hennepin Co., MN. She was buried in Crystal Lake Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.^[4] She had married firstly, 24 Sep 1885, Minneapolis, MN, Florence Clinton Nichols,^[5] son of Hiram and Lucy M. (Thurston) Nichols. Apparently they were divorced, since he was still living in 1920.

They resided in Minneapolis, MN.
