Isaac Williams (Isaac, Martha³ Whitney, Joshua², John¹), son of Isaac and Sarah (Stratton) Williams, was born 17 Sep 1748, Newton, MA, baptized 25 Sep 1748, Weston, MA, and died 10 Sep 1817, Westminster, MA, aged 70 years.

He married, 8 Nov 1774, Westminster, MA, Hannah Walker, daughter of James and Abigail (-----) Walker. She was born circa 23 Apr 1752 (calculated from age at death), and died 9 Jun 1849, Westminster, MA, aged 96 years 10 months 16 days.

i.	Isaac Williams, b. 20 Feb 1776; d. 11 Oct 1778, Westminster, MA, aged 2 years 7 months 22 days.

iii.	Ephraim Williams, b. 3 Apr 1785; d. 12 Apr 1861; m. 28 Sep 1807, Westminster, MA, Betsy Sawin.
iv.	Hannah Williams, b. 22 May 1788; d. 13 May 1823, Westminster, MA, aged 35 years; m. 28 Jul 1808, Westminster, MA, Ebenezer Sawin.
