Eleazer3 Whitney (Thomas2, John1), son of Thomas2 and Mary (Kedell) Whitney,[1] was born 7 Apr 1662, Watertown, MA,[2] and died 10 Jun 1738, Waltham, MA.[3]

He married 11 Aug 1687, Watertown, MA, Dorothy Ross, daughter of James and Mary (Goodenow) Ross.[4] She was born 20 Jul 1667, Sudbury, MA,[5] and died 22 Dec 1731, Watertown, MA.[6]

They lived in Sudbury, Concord, Watertown, and Waltham, MA.

On 12 Mar 1702/3, Thomas Sanderson sold to Jonathan Smith and John Bemis 35 acres of land in Watertown, bounded west by heirs of Richard Saltonstall, north by Joseph Peirce and Eleazer Whitney, south by Stephen and Jonathan Coolidge, and east by John Morse.[7]

"A testamentary deed is recorded Sept. 30, 1728. He was a wheelwright and res. in Sudbury in 1692. His children were baptized in the Second church in Watertown by Rev. Angier."[8]
