Dr. Lewis⁷ Whitney (Urial⁶, Abner⁵, John⁴, Isaiah³, Thomas², John¹), son of Urial⁶ and Lydia (Whitmore) Whitney, was born 21 Sep 1806, ME, and died 18 May 1857, North Yarmouth, ME.

Marriage intentions were published 13 Nov 1836, Limington, ME, for him "Dr." "of Baldwin" and "Miss" Mary A. Small "of Limington". He married, Mary A. Small.

He was a well known practicing physician. He resided North Yarmouth, ME.
