Rufus Greenleaf7 Whitney (Christopher Atwood6, Jacob5, Benjamin4, John3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Christopher Atwood6 and Adeline (Howard) Whitney, was born 17 Nov 1823, Phillips, ME,[1] and died Jan 1910.

He married, before 1849, Sarah A. Gilman. She was born about 1825, Harmony, ME, and died after 1880.

He resided Cambridge, ME.
