Family:Whitney, Thomas Annesley (1794-1876)

Thomas Annesley Whitney (Thomas, Luke, Thomas^C), son of Thomas and Alithea (Whitney)(Whitney) Whitney, was born 25 Oct 1794, and died 28 Apr 1876.

He married, 16 Mar 1825, Julia Gaven, daughter of Luke Gaven. She died 14 Aug 1863.

He was styled "of Merton."

Children of Thomas Annesley and Julia (Gaven) Whitney:

i.	Mary Elizabeth Whitney, b. say 1827; d. 14 Dec 1862; m. Col. Alexander William Gordon.
ii.	Alice Julia Whitney, b. say 1830; d. 1897; m. 1848, Rev. Arthur Eden.
iii.	Amelia Sarah Whitney, b. say 1833; d. 1893; m. 1859, Col. Henry Alexander Hewetson.
