It's good to see what you're doing. I've gone along behind you and cleaned up some of your pages. See Family Group Record Format for some guidelines on how we like to organize the information on Family: pages.
I also put your two Whitney lineages on your user page. With your permission, I can delete the pages for living people (yourself and perhaps your mother?), and your lineage will be available there.
