Land Grants
I took the 2nd file (the smaller one) and cropped it a bit and reuploaded it, then I linked it to Jason's page.
I couldn't get the larger one to load at all - must be too large. If you could shrink it a bit, that's be best, then re-upload it. If you don't know how to shrink it, you can email it to me and I can do it.

Your Questions
You shouldn't have to change your password at all. I have never had to change mine here. Please describe the exact steps you followed, and any messages you received that told you that you needed to change your password so I can figure out what's happening.
To submit family information and records to the site, select the link Add a new page in the navigation box on the left side of the screen. There are two ways to add family information, and one at the bottom for adding archive information such as marriage records.
Yes, you can submit marriage and census information to the site, but are you referring to a few items for your branch, or a larger state-wide project?
To tie other pages to your page, you can do something like this. Just add the following to your own user page:
Here is my document: [[Page Name Here]].
Note that "Page Name Here" must be the exact name of the page, including upper/lowercase characters.
