It seems almost certain that Clarissa (Tyler) Whitney married secondly, about 1859, Daniel Moreford, as "David" Moreford and wife "Clarrassa" were listed in the 1860 Census next door to "A. T." [i.e., Acy] Whitney, and that lady was born about 1805 in Vermont.  See above.  Hiram Stuart also appears in the family of Daniel and Clarisy Monford in 1870, and Clarisa Monford is living in the family of Hiram Stewart in 1880, the same Hiram Stuart in Jeremiah and Clarissa's family in 1850.

[i.e., Acy] Whitney, and that lady was born about 1805 in Vermont. See above. Hiram Stuart also appears in the family of Daniel and Clarisy Monford in 1870, and Clarisa Monford is living in the family of Hiram Stewart in 1880, the same Hiram Stuart in Jeremiah and Clarissa's family in 1850.
