He married, 27 Oct 1862, Montrose, PA, Ellen Lucena Tyler, daughter of Ansel and Isabella (Young) Tyler. She was born 6 Sep 1839, East Bridgewater, PA, and died 24 Sep 1914, Bridgeport, CT.
