Richard5 Whitney (Israel4, Ebenezer3, Richard2, John1), son of Israel4 and Hannah (Blodgett) Whitney, was born 22 Apr 1743, Oxford, MA,[1] and died 29 Oct 1816, Brookline, VT.[2]
Richard married firstly, 26 Mar 1767, Chelmsford, MA, Sarah Butterfield.[3] She was born 1747, and died 16 Feb 1773, Wilton, NH.
Richard married secondly, 1 Oct 1773, Wilton, NH, Hannah Holt, daughter of Timothy and Elizabeth (Holt) Holt. She was born 18 Jan 1754, Pembroke, NH, and died Apr 1833.
He lived in 1776 at Wilton, NH. He lived in 1778 at Athens, VT.
