Hiram⁷ Whitney (Daniel⁶, James⁵, [prob.] James⁴, Eleazer³, Thomas², John¹), son of Daniel⁶ and Content (Stiles) Whitney, was born 1818, Plymouth, VT, and died after 1880.

He married, Proctorsville, VT, Arvilla Herrick. She was born 1819, and died Mar 1846.

He married secondly, before 1850, Harriet -----. She was born about 1820, NH, and died between 1850 and 1860.

He was a farmer; resided Plymouth, VT.
