Daniel Whitney, (Ebenezer, [perhaps] Samuel4, John3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Ebenezer and Huldah (Mooers) Whitney, was born 1781, Miramichi, NB, and died before 24 Sep 1814, NB.

He married, Mary Ann "Polly" Forsyth. She was born about 1789, NB, and died 12 Jan 1884, NB.

Children of and Daniel Mary Ann (Forsyth) Whitney:

He was settled on a lot in North Esk Parish, NB, given to him by brother Samuel. He petitioned for an extra land grant (#554) in 1809, stating that his head had been badly injured by a falling tree. He sold land to David Tozer 13 April 1812.
