Francis Whitney, parentage unknown, born say 1560, died after 1589.
He was probably the Francis who married, 4 Oct 1584, Lidlington, Bedfordshire, England, Mary Barnes.

Notes
No other Whitneys were found in a brief search of the Lidlington parish records, however, several Barnes were. It appears that it was Mary Barnes that was from Lidlington, not Francis Whitney. No other Whitney entries were found in the Woburn parish records.
