Samuel Ivory7 Whitney (Samuel6, Elijah5, Abraham4, Isaiah3, Thomas2, John1), born Bolton, Massachusetts, 13 Mar 1809; married 26 May 1854, Eliza Cannon; born 4 Jul 1814; died 10 Sep 1894. He was a cooper. He died 26 May 1854; resided New Bedford, Massachusetts.
Children of Samuel Ivory7 Whitney:
i. Charles H.8 Whitney, born 10 Sep 1843; married at Middletown, Connecticut, Oct. 29, 1891, Elmira Roberts; born 17 Aug 1851. He is an accountant; resided s. p. Providence, Rhode Island; P. O. box 1516. ii. Maria Louise Whitney, born 25 Mar 1838; resided N. B. iii. Abbie D. Whitney, born 31 Mar 1849; resided 59 Hill St., N. B. iv. Ivory S. Whitney, born 26 Jan 1854; resided 212 Friendship St., Providence, Rhode Island. v. Son and Daughter Whitney, died in infancy.
