Elizabeth4 Whitney (John3, Jonathan2, John1), daughter of John3 and Mary (Hapgood) Whitney, was born 29 Jan 1690/1, Sherborn[1] or Framingham, MA,[2] and died 4 Jul 1720 or 1728.[3]

Elizabeth married, circa 1713, Jonathan Willard, son of Jonathan and Mary (Brown) Willard. He was born 27 Jun 1693, Roxbury, MA, and died 1728. He married secondly, 23 Jan 1728/9, Cambridge, MA, Mary Cooke.

Pierce says the following:[4]
