Joseph7 Whitney (Leonard7, Solomon6, Solomon5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Leonard7 and Polly (Elliot) Whitney, was born ca. 1809, and died 1 Sep 1859, Canterbury, NH, aged 51 years of consumption[1].
He married Hannah R. Snell of Dover, or 14 Dec 1831, Somersworth, NH, Hannah Hussey,[2] daughter of Timothy and Elizabeth (Hussey) Hussey (who was born 16 Oct 1808, Dover, NH). She was born about 1808, and died 26 Aug 1865, Canterbury, NY, aged 57 years.
