He married 6 Jun 1852, Sarah Ellis Holmes, daughter of Jonathan and Mahala (Reed) Holmes. She was born 6 Mar 1828, Hartford, ME, and died after 1884. She "Mrs." "of Cambridgeport" married secondly, 7 Aug 1873, Cambridge, MA, "Mr." Daniel K. Hill "of Norway".[1]
They had no children.
