Asa6 Whitney, parentage unknown (but see Notes below), was born before 1774 (aged 26-44 in 1800), and died after 1830, OH.
Marriage intentions were published 31 Oct 1791, Peru, MA, for him and Joanna Jackson, daughter of Joshua and Prudence (Stedman) Jackson. She was born about 1771, Hinsdale, MA, and died six years before her husband.
