Edwin E.9 Whitney (Joel8, Amos7, Ephraim6, Nathaniel5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Joel8 and Mary J. (Whitney) Whitney, was born 20 Nov 1831, Upton, MA,[1] and died 23 Jun 1902, Cleveland, OH.[2]
He married firstly, 30 Mar 1853, Susannah Hall9 Whitney, daughter of Moses8 and Susannah (Hall) Whitney. She was born 10 Dec 1830, Upton, MA,[3] and died 11 Jul 1855, Upton, MA, aged 24 years 7 months 1 day, of consumption.[4]
He married secondly, say 1856, Maria P. Richards, daughter of Leonard and Phebe (Brown) Richards. She was born about 1832, Newport, NH, and died 2 Jan 1907, Cleveland, OH.[5]
He resided 59 Cedar Ave., Cleveland, OH. They are buried in Lake View Cemetery, Cleveland, OH.
