William⁷ Whitney (Samuel⁶, Abner⁵, John⁴, Isaiah³, Thomas², John¹), son of Samuel⁶ and Hannah (Thompson) Whitney, was born 25 Jul 1786, Falmouth, ME, and died 24 May 1852, Limestone, ME.

He married, Feb 1813, Olive Parlin. She was born 5 Sep 1791, Lexington, MA, and died 10 Jan 1874.

He was a shoemaker. He resided Limestone, ME.
