Samuel6 Whitney (Caleb5, Joshua4, Richard3, Richard2, John1), son of Caleb5 and Sarah (Trask) Whitney, was born 27 Apr 1784, Bradford, MA,[1] and died 25 Aug 1854, Epsom, NH, aged 70 years.
He, "of Concord", married, 9 Sep 1807, Epsom, NH, Abigail Goss, "of Epsom".[2] She was born about 1786, Epsom, NH, and died after 1850. She may have been a daughter of Samuel and Abigail (Lucas) Whitney of Epsom.
He ran a store at Short Falls.
