He was buried in the Soldiers And Sailors Cemetery, Grand Island, NE.[2]

He married firstly, 1849-1850, Rosina J. Rice. She was born about 1826, NY, and died after 1850, Appleton, WI.

He married secondly, 31 Jul 1851, Neenah, WI, Eliza C. Marston. She was born 19 Sep 1833, Deerfield, NH, and died after 1910.
