He married firstly, 14 Jul 1883, Antrim, NH, Emma E. Holt,^[1] daughter of Samuel and Mary M.⁸ (Whitney) Holt. She was born about 1862, Antrim, NH, and died after 1886.

He married secondly, about 1891 (but recorded 9 Sep 1908, Hillsborough, NH), Carrie Elfrida Chambers, daughter of Joseph and Olive J. (Short) Chambers. She was born Jun 1864, NH, and died 26 Nov 1937, Hillsborough, NH.

He resided Newport, NH.
