Jeremiah F.7 Whitney (Ezekiel6, Ezekiel5, John4, Benjamin3, John2, John1), son of Ezekiel6 and Catherine (Piper)(Anson) Whitney,[1] was born 10 Aug 1820, Watertown, MA,[2] and died after 1870; died 1 Apr 1901, Hubbardston, MA, or Northborough, MA, aged 88 years 7 months 21 days [sic], of senile decay, retired R.R. section foreman. He was buried in Northborough, MA.[3]

He married firstly, 11 Nov 1841, Weston, MA, Sarah Ann Janette Puffer,[4] daughter of Sylvanus and Betsey (Maynard) Puffer.[5] She was born 1 Apr 1825, Sudbury, MA,[6] and died 9 Nov 1871, Northborough, MA, aged 46 years 7 months 9 days, of consumption.[7]

He, aged 57, farmer, born Watertown, married secondly, 6 Jan 1879, Gardner, MA, or Winchendon, MA, Betsey Emeline Wheeler, both of Gardner, daughter of Joel and Lydia (Emerson) Wheeler.[8] She was born 25 Aug 1842, Gardner, MA, and died after 1910, and probably before 1920.
