Ethan7 Whitney (Hachaliah6, Jesse5, Jonathan4, Jonathan3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Hachaliah6 and Abigail (Nelson) Whitney, was born 22 Apr 1788, Milford, MA, and died Jul 1823, Boston, MA.
He married, 7 Jan 1810, Betsy Mellen Green. She was born in Mendon, 22 Nov 1792, and died 22 Aug 1871, in Bellingham. She married secondly, 9 Sep 1825, Micah Bent.
He resided Milford, Massachusetts.
