Elisha⁶ Whitney (Ephraim⁵, Zachariah⁴, Ebenezer³, Richard², John¹), son of Ephraim⁵ and Rhoda (Taylor) Whitney, was born 27 Aug 1767, Montague, MA, and died 27 Aug 1822.

He married, 24 Mar 1791, Mariam (Marion) Eaton.

He lived in 1787 at Windhall, VT.
