Levi6 Whitney (Jesse5, Jonathan4, Jonathan3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Jesse5 and Mary (Cheney) Whitney, was born 21 Oct 1763, Mendon, MA, and died 24 Jun 1788, Milford, MA.
Marriage intentions were published 18 Aug 1785, Holliston, MA, for him "of Milford" and Rhoda Daniels.[1] He married, 5 Jan 1786, Milford, MA, Rhoda Daniell "of Holliston", daughter of Daniel and Mary (Atwood) Daniels. She was born 8 Aug 1767, Holliston, MA, and died 14 Feb 1814, Hopkinton, MA, aged 46 years. She "of Holliston" married secondly, 24 Jan 1790, Holliston, MA, Capt. John Hayden.[2]

i. Levi7 Whitney, b. 23 May 1787, Milford, MA. On 11 Jun 1805, Elisha Daniels was appointed guardian of Levi Whitney, son of Levi Whitney, late of Holliston, deceased, and posted bond with Timothy Rockwood, Jr., gentleman, and Aner Fisk, yeoman, both of Holliston, as sureties; he "of Hopkinton" m. (int. 12 Apr 1812, Charlton, MA[3] and Hopkinton, MA[4]), Cynthia Hayward.
