Silas7 Whitney, Jr. (Silas6, David5, Benjamin4, Thomas3, Thomas2, John1), son of Silas6 and Jane (Pearson) Whitney, was born 12 Jun 1762, Princeton, MA,[1] baptized 15 Aug 1762, Rutland, MA, and died Saint Armand, Quebec.

There is no record of his marriage or children, but he had two females in his household at the 1791 census, which may indicate a wife and daughter.

He may have been the Silas Whitney, Jr., who was a petitioner in 1788, Chittenden Co., VT.

He resided Saint Armand, Quebec.
