Will of Samuel Whitney of St. David's (no date).
Wife: Catherine. Sons David, Samuel.
Daughters: Ruth Whitney, Abigail Lydell, Eliz. King. Kinsmen Florentius & Thomas Seymour Overseers.
Witnesses: Sam Trott, Florentius Seymour
Proved April 10, 1674.
(Notes: David Whitney died 1708 & left a son Joshua (bapt. 1689), a minor, who chose Capt. Dan. Keele of Paget to be his guardian)
Sam Whitney, son above, May 23, 1712, "very aged" makes gift of his real estate on St. Davids to son Sam Whitney. This last Sam Whitney made his will 1739 & had 4 sons.
1672 Jan. 26. Martha dau. of David & Martha Whitney bapt.
1680. Jan. 30. John son of David & Martha Whitney bapt.
1682. Apl. 23. Jeremiah son of David & Martha Whitney bapt.
