Norman Knox8 Whitney (Cyrus7, Lemuel6, Joshua5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, John2, John1), son of Cyrus7 and Ruth (Mayo) Whitney, was born 14 Nov 1810, Springfield, VT,[1] and died 31 May 1877. He was buried in Bedford Cemetery, Battle Creek, MI.[2]

He married, 30 Mar 1836, Mary Ruth Pratt, daughter of Daniel and Deborah (Oakes) Pratt. She was born 27 Jun 1810, Springfield, VT, and died 1876. She was buried in Bedford Cemetery, Battle Creek, MI.[3]
