George Frederick7 Whitney (Stephen6, Alexander5, Eleazer4, Eleazer3, Thomas2, John1), son of Stephen6 and Sarah (Bailey) Whitney, was born 12 Aug 1832, Claremont, NH,[1] and died 6 May 1908, Newport, NH.

He married firstly, 25 Apr 1854, Newport, NH, Anna E. Durgan.[2] She was born Sep 1828, and died 22 Dec 1874.

He married secondly, 7 Oct 1875, Newport, NH, Mary Jane (Sargent) Comstock,[3] daughter of Pierce and Hannah (Kimball) Sargent. She was born about 1833, and died before 1880. She had married firstly, 26 Mar 1854, Bradford, NH, George Comstock, of Newport, NH, who died 1 Feb 1871, Newport, NH.

He married thirdly, 20 Oct 1880, Harvard, MA, Eva H. Burt, daughter of George E. and Harriett S. (Hildreth) Burt.[4] She was born Sep 1843, or Jul 1842,[5] Concord, MA, and died 4 Oct 1900, Newport, NH.[6]
