He "Jr." married firstly, 23 Jun 1802, Harvard, MA, Mary Hill,[2] daughter of Samuel and Sarah (Knight) Hill. She "Polly" was born 3 Sep 1775, Harvard, MA, and died 31 Aug 1828, Harvard, MA, aged 53 years.[3]
