Lewis7 Whitney (Simon6, Timothy5, Jonas4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of Simon6 and Lucy (Hammond) Whitney, was born 12 Jun 1803, Petersham, MA,[1] and died 14 Feb 1873 or 14 Feb 1875, Petersham, MA, aged 72 years, of apoplexy.[2]

He married 17 Oct 1848, Essex, VT, Permelia Vogal Day, "of Essex, Vt."[3] She was born about 1821, Essex, VT, and died Rockford, IL.

They resided Petersham, MA.
