James Harvey7 Whitney (Jonas6, Timothy5, Jonas4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of Jonas6 and Mary (Noble) Whitney, was born 23 Jul 1795, Otis, MA,[1] and died 11 Apr 1867, Homer, NY, aged 71 years. He was buried in Glenwood Cemetery, Homer, NY.[2]

Marriage intentions were published 20 Mar 1814, Otis, MA, for him and "Miss" Amanda Rogers, "both of Otis".[3] She was born about Apr 1797, and died 2 Aug 1814, Otis, MA, aged 17 years 3 months.[4]
