Marriage intentions were published 7 Jun 1793, Harvard, MA, for him and Rhoda Cutter "of Rindge".[2] He married, 9 Jun 1793, Rindge, NH, Rhoda Cutter,[3] daughter of Nathan and Hannah (Davis) Cutter.
