Hon. Charles Story7 Whitney (Alexander6, Alexander5, Eleazer4, Eleazer3, Thomas2, John1), son of Alexander6 and Lydia (Foster) Whitney, was born 1 Mar 1837, New London, NH, and died 28 Mar 1914, New London, NH. He was buried in Elkins Cemetery, Elkins, NH.[1]
He married, 5 Jan 1865, Penacook, NH, Laura Pearson,[2] of Wilmont. She was born 16 Sep 1841, and died after 1910.
He is a farmer, was elected to the office of selectman for two consecutive terms, and represented his town in the legislature in 1887; resided New London, NH; P.O. Scytheville.
