Samuel5 Whitney (Solomon4, David3, Joshua2, John1), born Canaan, Connecticut, 6 Jun 1759; married -----.
Samuel Whitney was born in Canaan, Connecticut, and after the death of his father moved to Vermont, where he died quite suddenly of apoplexy. His wife died of consumption. He died in 1814; resided Chittenden County, Vermont.
Children of Samuel5 Whitney:
i. David6 Whitney, born 4 Mar 1796; married Margaret Karr.
