Frank L. Whitney (Son of Lephe (Allen?) Whitney and Matthew (Jonathan Mather?) Whitney, (son of Catherine Elizabeth Conrow Whitney and Lemuel Griffith Whitney?)), was born ca. 1873, possibly NY.
He married, Trujillo, Honduras, Transito Lobo Whitney. She was born Trujillo, Honduras, and died Guadalupe, Costa Rica.
Frank L. Whitney was listed in the 1880 census as 7 years old living in Manton, Wexford Co., MI with his parents, Lephe and Jonathan Mather Whitney.
