Micah⁷ Whitney (James⁶, Ezra⁵, James⁴, John³, Jonathan², John¹), son of James⁶ and Mary (Robinson) Whitney, was born 20 Oct 1803, and died 23 Jun 1871, Woodstock, CT.^[1]

He married firstly, 28 Feb 1830, Woodstock, CT, Diantha Walker,^[2] of Woodstock, CT, daughter of Uriah and Eunice (Chamberlain) Walker. She was born 14 Feb 1805, Woodstock, CT, and died 2 Nov 1849, Woodstock, CT, aged 44 years.^[3][4]

He married secondly, 19 May 1850, Woodstock, CT, Elizabeth Chandler^[5][6] "both of Thompson", daughter of Winthrop and Mary (Morse) Chandler. She was born 25 Oct 1815, Woodstock, CT, and died 7 Mar 1889.

He resided Woodstock, CT.
