Thomas Whitney, (Thomas), son of Thomas and Ann (Morgan) Whitney, was baptized 26 Apr 1777, Burghill, Herefordshire, England.
In 1851, he was enumerated with his son 'James Witney' in Lugwardine, Herefordshire where he was listed as a retired Tailor's assistant.
