George David8 Whitney (David7, Elijah6, Thomas5, Thomas4, Eleazer3, Thomas2, John1), son of David7 and Samaria (Wheeler) Whitney, was born 11 Sep 1828,[1] Westborough, MA.[2]
He married, 10 Jun 1862, Hopkinton, MA, Sarah Jane Garfield, daughter of Jasper and Nancy (Wood) Garfield.[3] She was born 2 Oct 1831,[4] Upton, MA, and died 11 Oct 1901, Upton, MA, aged 70 years 9 days, of convulsions.[5]
