Joshua H. Whitney (Pryor, Hiram, (perhaps) Elijah), was born circa 1846, Kentucky, and died 24 Oct 1922, McCracken County, Kentucky.

He married, 28 Apr 1869, Caldwell County, Kentucky, Mary J. Nabb. She was born circa 1850, Kentucky, and died after 1910.
