Francis Whitney, parentage unknown, was born before 1775, and died after 1790.

He was probably related to Whitney, Francis (b1775-a1790), also residing in Orangeburg South County, SC in 1790. If these two men happened to be father and son, then this was most likely the father in the pair, based upon the ages of people in the two households.
